I feel very fortunate to have grown up in Vancouver and to have had the opportunity to participate in the many recreational activities such as skiing, golfing and hiking that are all within an hour drive of the city.
For over 12 years, my wife Arminder and I lived in the West End. With its beaches, parks, and restaurants all at our doorstep, the West End was a great place to call home!
During the time we lived in the West End, I was the Chair of the Save St. Paul's Hospital Coaltion and a member of the West End Residents Association. I was involved in the redevelopment of Nelson Park, helped organize the West End's first "Car-free Festival" and was a member of the Mole Hill community garden. I am currently serving a second term as a Commissioner on the Vancouver Park Board.
More recently, our growing family has moved to the False Creek area. Like many young families, we haven't decided whether we want to stay urban or go suburban. In the meantime, we're looking forward to discovering all this neighbourhood has to offer.
Having been a home owner myself, I recognize that selling or buying a home is one of the most important decisions you'll make in your life. Your home may be your largest asset and this is probably the biggest financial move you've ever made.
I take great pride in listening closely to my clients and helping them understand the local real estate market. Together we develop a practical strategy and work at a pace that is best for them. When it does come time to buy or sell, my clients are fully prepared and I don't rest until the deal is done.
Whether you're looking to buy or sell a home, understand current market trends, or do home improvements, I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss how I can help you achieve your real estate goals.
And if you have family or friends in need of real estate services, it would be my pleasure to help them too!
I look forward to hearing from you!
